LC ! I discovered today that if a person did not open his TFSA last year, he can deposit $10,000 this year. And if he fails to open an account for a second year, he can make a first deposit of $15,000 next year. Can anyone verify this ? What is the wisdom of the thread ? It seems to me that a TFSA might be a person's first priority even if it means withdrawing funds from an RSP. What says the thread ?
