So, since we are talking about government documents I mean... what the heck is the 'dif'?

You must be joking, right? The difference is this: one has the name of the hospital and supervising physician on that certificate... ALL American birth certificates have that information on the document, yours too if you're American born... so, how come obumble's is THE ONLY ONE in existence that doesn't have that information included?
