Leo,

Why do you think CNTR would continue to be acting as if the agreement hadn't been terminated. Surely you can't believe that they would be that stupid to risk a lawsuit. I can only think of the following possiblities:
- Infospinner agreed to let them ease out and save face
- CNTR dropped Infospinner and dictated the terms; we will ease out on our own time
- Some third party is going to swoop in and grab both of them, in which case the point is moot
- They don't give a damm because Infospinner isn't going to waste prescious resources on a lawsuit; "you spent money increasing our mindshare... we're going to sue you"... I don't think so...
- It's utter chaos back at the ranch; animals running around scared and confused, the barns burning, and farmer Sam is busy fiddling around somewhere else hoping for a deux ex machina
