Good point. They lost 1 seat already, and will probably lose many more during the mid term results if the populist Tea Party grows more weary of big government. Ratings at the White house are slipping, even though the economy turned the corner. I think everyone realizes that we have to get back to Gridlock to control both sides of the government.

It's interesting that the majority of the voters in MA don't register with either Party. That seems to reflect the mainstream view that nobody really trusts either Party and will vote to neutralize the increased scope of bigger government and higher taxes.
