that will just keep the incumbents in power, they have free mailings, free air time. No incumbant could lose. An Incumbant just has to call a press conference about some BS and than start campaigning. That's what obama does everytime

You won't get term limits incumbants have to vote for it. You think Pelosi, Reid would vote for it. Did Ted Kennedy want it??
