No, no joke.

(Since it is but a legal document, used for certain legal purposes, and we are *already agreed* that there is currently NO LEGAL DIFFERENCE in ANY STATE or any agency of government in the land...), given that, I put the same question to you: "Matters to WHO?"

Obviously, (and by definition <g>), it 'matters' to whoever the heck say it 'matters to them'... but it DOES NOT MATTER TO THE LAW... and that is the only primary intended purpose the documents are put out to serve.

Apart from that people are free to care about any damn thing they want to....
