I believe most of the US lawsuits are on JNJ's patent concerning stents on baloons. Of course, that's how all stents are positioned, but I believe some feel that JNJ's patent does not cover certain methods. I also think that it all expires soon anyway.

Sorry for not being more definative. I think the general consensus has been that JNJ is desperately trying to delay competition coming into the US market.
