Good morning ,

My name is Steve Buckelew, Marketing Manager at Columbia Memorial Hospital.

Thank you for bringing this quote to our attention. It was sent to my desk for investigation. I have had a conversation with a Board Member from Ingen Technologies, Inc., who is also an attorney for the company. We did indeed purchase a $300 Oxyview Pulse Oximeter pack. They apologized and promised to never use our company name again without our permission. Also offered to send us a written apology and to follow up with the author of the news release. We are satisfied that they will no longer be using our name in any further communication.

Rest assured, we would never have allowed our name to be used in such a manner. "A strong indication of increased sales for 2010." Things must be very slow at Ingen Technologies, Inc.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. We indeed appreciate it.
