In addition to what I mentioned in my previous post; the gov't could have also: cut income taxes, offered/increased job training, offered employment subsidies & encouraged foreign investment.

Instead all the Obama administration did was put the pedal to the metal on their anti-growth agenda.

The public should be outraged!
