I don't expect suggestions from the Republicans, I want some coherent rationale and alternative proposal from Feingold and Boxer. The problem they are creating unwittingly is a continuing image of a party that is unable to act with any kind of discipline or unity needed to govern. Instead it's like watching a room full of unsupervised third graders all screaming at one another to get their way. Their first real chance to govern in almost 20 years and this is what they do with it.
