Paul, you really are brilliant. There never was a shortage of AMD K6-233's, Thechipmerchant.com just removed them from their price list to fit it on one screen page. Also, AMD is now selling K6-233's in a box with a fan to clean out their excess inventory of 233's. Maybe its just a little more likely that AMD expects to have a lot of K6-233's soon. BTW, if you've never heard of the kind of deal for rebates worked out with Microsoft, its called cooperative marketing. Petz
