I saw this too. However, I usually don't get excited if an affiliated person or beneficial owner sells stock, unless the holding is very large.

When I do get excited is when company officers sell, especially if more than one officer sells a significant dollar amount.

Insider buying on the open market (i.e. not options related) is the best indicator of all, as this indicates that they are particularly bullish about a company's prospects. The difficult part of intrepreting insider selling is that the selling may be related to purely personal reasons (i.e. kids college tuition, house downpayment, etc.).
