Reporting by SEMI of the Bookings, Billings, and BtB for the year 2009 has now been completed. Bookings are down 46 percent compared to 08 and Billings are down 48 percent compared to 08. For this cycle, Bookings bottomed last March and Billings bottomed last April. Even though Bookings and Billings were down by 46 and 48 percent compared to 08, the SOX was up to 348 on Jan 18 compared to 212 at the end of 08.
