Another way of looking at it would be to say they've pulled back every day since the unemployment figures clearly showed the situation is getting worse. The numbers came out last Thursday. The markets rallied Mon and Tuesday. Brownie got elected on Tuesday and its been downhill ever since. Hmmmm. Now, I wonder which of these events -- the election of senator or the unemployment data -- might have influenced the market more? Of course the Rs are at fault......they are the darth vader of politics......the most negative force in the land.
