From your link from Citigroup analyst Timothy Arcuri who said "capital expenditures in the first half of 2010 will be greater than expected."

He downgraded the sector, but the above quote sounds bullish! Of course these guys never make sense to me.

The strange thing is all the "experts" say we need a correction. As I'm sure the followers of this sector know, there have been huge corrections already for most stocks in the sector during the past 10 months.

I'm trying to figure out if the entire "cycle" is over already.
No for fundamentals of the companies, but for the stock prices.
Stocks can lead by a year, so it's possible, but I sure hope it is not the case.
