Which has exactly what to do with the question of how their healthcare system compares with ours?

Do Britons face bankruptcy if they have one major illness or accident? Does the UK spend anywhere near as much, per capita, as we do on healthcare? Are Britons less healthy overall than Americans?

The answers to each of these questions is "no," whereas in the US, the answers to questions one and two are "yes."
