Somebody has. Israel is now the Fountainhead of Euro growth. They have more successful IPO's there than we do here. It was a combination of a relaxation of Socialism and more freedom for Capitalism, plus the influx of the Russian Jews. Netanyahu and the Pols who think like him over there are responsible.
