I'm on Medicare. I've had 2 colonoscopies, good so far, at a local gastroenterology clinic. Medicare is fine paying for them and they do better at the inspections because that's what they concentrate on. I don't think there is any law against having checks done at a clinic. I expect the clinics do have to be approved by Medicare.
