I hope you understand the implications fully. This country is already run by lobbyists and corporations. In case .....

Nowhere in the constitution the corporation was mentioned.
But that was change by an "elite" Judge Marshall when he misinterpreted in 1819 in the case of "Dartmouth College v. Woodward" (http://www.ratical.org/corporations/Dartmouth.html) to grant corporations certain rights. No amendment has added this right to constitution. Since elite knew that they cannot get a real amendment if they ask common folks to vote for this privilege, they used Marshall to get this right.
It is fundamentally flawed as it diminishes individuals' rights and allows a pyramid scheme of rights in US. For example, an ordinary common folk has certain rights but when he/she works for a corporation he/she has accrued additional rights. So if one works for multiple corporations he/she will have more "effective rights" than an ordinary folk. Thus this whole thing is a joke in the land of republic.
Lot of people will live ignorant of some basic things/rights as long as they are fed by corporate media.
