Ben had to do what he did last year, otherwise the financial
system would go up in smoke. No choice there. Now that they
saw the scope of derivatives, the govt. is "regulating" .
Seems logical to me. So, it's not theater, it's reality.
How far the rule goes and what it includes is now the question.
