Yes, I disagree. The comments from the Chinese bankers are a joke. Chinese banks have nothing in the way of regs like we do. Very few know what's performing or non performing in a Chinese bank. Who knows outside the Ministry what those terms even mean to their bankers? Also, it has nothing to do with Obama, the subject of this board. So, for what purpose is it posted here? You want to guess?
