Monday 27 Oct 1997, can not log on to E-trade untill almost market close and evan then server would not take a trade. Spent 1 1/2 hours on hold to no avail in the morning and 2 hours that afternoon. When someone finnaly took my call market was closed. Monday Nov 3 1997, placed order to buy at limit, 24 minutes later after the price had come up to my limit they exucute and almost 30 more minutes before confirmation. From the time I paced order it was 19 minutes before stock upticked. I have samll acoount there just to try their service. But they got no service. Add me to suit. Carl
