I was responding to what I thought were the reasons we are even discussing this subject and that is that government policies are always mindless and always increase costs. LOL. That's quite a outsized inference to make from what I offered as an example of how Medicare can impact even people who have opted out. My complaints were about loss of choice. "My point was that you cannot fully escape from Medicare even if you opt out." The legal restriction of desirable options is always a big issue with me. You seem to have not only missed the point but distorted it into a strawman that suits your agenda.
