The only solution is for congress to take personhood away from corporations.

I apparently missed something. Back when I was in school, back when I could still retain things that I learned, I learned about the differences among sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations and that, unlike the first two, corporations were entities different from people, separate from the people who staffed them, decidedly not people. The point of incorporating was to legally separate the corporate entity from the people liability wise. When did that change?
