I find elmat amusing. A crackpot gadfly no one should take seriously. If he bothers you, use the ignore feature. Not worth it to expend energy on his foolishness. A serious discussion with him is impossible, so I stick to ribbing him about his Brazilian pipe dreams. But even that gets old. He'll start ranting about Jews soon to get attention. I predict he will be banished from SI within the next couple of years as his posting becomes even more outrageous.
