Corporations are much better at buying 100 cases of beer and renting a hotel ballroom to schmooze Congress and their staffs. Seems to get more attention on Capitol Hill than the average voter at the bar trying to make his voice heard. I wonder what supporters of this situation will say when some of the Hollywood billionaire studios decide to peel off $50 million to advertise in favor of their own pet causes? Then it will be the evil liberal onslaught all over again....
