I have been meaning to pass this along to you and Lynne. 4 yrs ago a friend was skiing up at Stevens early in the season and fell and broke her hip. I think Chris was around Lynne's age at the time? Anyway........she had surgery, went through PT and was back on her skis the next winter. If her recovery is any indication, Lynne will be up and about and doing well a year from now. Chris said it rarely hurts and she doesn't think of it a lot. There is hope!
