William; I blame the Portuguese who exploited the shit out the contry, abused the natives and then left with no infratructure for defense or civilian government. Of course Suharto has gained a permanent thorn in his side, but he does not hear the cries of the innocent(both among his soldiers and the Timorians both of whom lose people)
Suhart should be killed along with all his family as soon as possible.
Most of the aid money will be stolen, do they never learn??
