The consequences are enormous, no doubt, if Exxon gets to contribute whatever "it" wants. They would not be, though, if, as Win suggested and I discussed through several posts, corporate persons were considered to be subject to the same limitations as regular persons.

Right now PAC, non-profit, and other corporate contributions are not limited to only the amount that an individual gives. They fund most of the political advertising now. The SC has given the United States to the corporations. Since the corporations run the government anyway, how are the corporate contributions going to be limited to the amount given by an individual? Ain't gonna happen, I'm afraid.
