I'd be very careful shorting Y2Ks if that's the company's core business. I don't know what the "sector" PE is, but nothing would surprise me (150 PEs).

My best friend is a hot shot networking salesman in Boston. He knows all the top level IS guys around MA and many are still looking at doomsday Y2K.

When Y2K comes the 2nd world countries could be the ones to witness hell fire. Think of somewhere like Brazil. Do you think they have the $$$/forsight/ knowledge to adequately address the problem. No. Now think about what happens if a bank doesn't back-up adequately, government pension fund information isn't backed up, etc., the list goes on endlessly.
