:26AM Plains All Amer declares increased distribution on limited partner units (PAA) 54.27 : Co announced a cash distribution of $0.9275 per unit ($3.71 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding limited partner units. The distribution will be payable on February 12, 2010, to holders of record of such units at the close of business on February 2, 2010. The distribution represents an increase of approximately 3.9% over the quarterly distribution of $0.8925 per unit paid in February 2009 and an increase of approximately 0.8% from the November 2009 distribution of $0.92 per unit. As of this distribution, PAA will have increased its quarterly distribution to limited partners in 21 out of the past 23 quarters.
