Max,

Yes, 20 years with AT&T and NYNEX and 3 years president/founder of Auditel.

auditel.com

The cost of LD "tandem" switches could range from $250k to $2m depending the capacity and manufacturer What's important here is that they are building the own network!!

This is very important! As you may have heard, deregulation (1996 Telecom Act) was signed into law in February of this year. This allows LD companies to go after the local business and compete with companies luck NYNEX. The most cost effective way to do this is to have your own switches in place. A major asset IMHO!

What is more important to purchasing and installing switches is leasing the network behind them. What I have not been able to find out is who TWT is using as their facilities carrier i.e., Worldcom, AT&T or MCI.

But on this announcement of new switches, I have purchased more shares!

Good Luck!
