Are they both in violation? It is simple Hawk, YES or NO.

You're the one to demand simple answers..

You can't even answer whether you support the rantings of a genocidal religious scholar.

If you can't manage to be enough of a HUMAN BEING to stand up and condemn such an obvious, AND PUBLICLY BROADCASTED, call to commit genocide, what right do you have to complain about anything??!!

That's the difference between people like myself and you. I'm more than willing to condemn the rantings of religious fanatics of any faith who believe they have the right to commit genocide against "un-believers".

I would just as easily condemn the rantings of some hard-line ultra-orthodox Jew who wants to kill all the Muslims. Doesn't mean that will stop them, but we all can put pressure them to keep their militant views to themselves and not incite them within others.

You claim you're an American, but you simply haven't yet learned that there is simple test with regard to free speech.

You're just not permitted to yell "fire" in a crowded theater.

And you're not permitted to incite genocide.

And when you can't bring yourself to condemn it, it truly says a lot about your obvious lack of humanity, not to mention your cowardice.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing"

Pretty clear that you're not a very good man.
