I am not talking about Nazi capitalism. I am a capitalist. But a democracy controlled by the people must always regulate capitalism. Unregulated capitalism ends up with the rich subjugating the middle class. It is all a matter of who has the power. Corporations are not structured to administer a society in the peoples best interest. Democracy does that. I see no benefit to giving corporations more power than the people.
