For every buyer there is a seller. I am not a tape reader.. but
listen to others that do follow the tape. They obviously knew
something was up by the action on the tape. Must have seen
significant selling pressure come in which pushed the price down to
equalize the buy/sell. Also, usually the sells are broken into
smaller blocks in order not to tip their hand. So they may
only print smaller blocks even if there is a large order
to unload.
