Joe, Thanks for the info. 10 switches is quite impressive and the fact that they are building their own network as you say is tremendous. IMO it will attract MORE business from the switchless based carriers, ie Excell, because TWT has the capacity to carry the workload.

FYI, yesterday a Buy recommendation was put out yesterday on ISGI from the Kon-Lin Letter. Call them at (516) 744-3096 or E-mail at KON-LIN@msn.com. You can call them for the full text. I got my copy from my broker and the rec. is dated Sept. 1996. Another example of someone who is impressed with the fundamental developments of TWT.

Here is their summation......"The stock has established a base in the 1/2 - 1 area and, with increasing volume in the past 3 mos., our 1st objective is the 2 1/2 - 3 area. The company also plans to spin-off its real estate division in the form of a stock dividend to their shareholders. During the past couple of months, ISGI has obtained a multi-million dollar full service telecommunications company adding shareholder value (as of June '96 total assets increased to $80.4mil: vs. $7mil. at Sept. '95 at FY end). ISGI is on the threshold of achieving dramatic revenue/earnings (in excess of $10mil. in profits on a calender year basis), which will be significantly reflected in the stocks price. Buy for an ultimate target of $5.00 - $6.00".

Remember, this company is a fraud. Mr. Pink told us so....

John
