Liar. This is as clear as can be:

Khamenei says that Iran “shares a common view with Arab countries on the most important Islamic-Arabic issue, namely the issue of Palestine,”. The Arab countries came to consensus decades ago: A Palestinian state along the lines of UN 242, and full recognition of Israel.
