Resurfacing projects do not generate labor as do earth moving projects. It is a very simple fact, but Washington would not listen to our DOT and mandated that those projects be done at the expense of growing unemployment. They did this knowingly.

You will see better results this year because of the earth moving projects being done a year late but during an election year. That is despicable. It is how our current government is...
