As many time it was mentioned in the Torah.

Probably only once, given that the Torah is the first five books of Moses and he was long dead before David actually conquered Jerusalem and made it the capital of his kingdom of Israel.

The first undisputed mention of Jerusalem is in Joshua, which is NOT in the Torah, but IS MENTION HUNDREDS OF TIMES in the Tanakh (all three sets of the Hebrew Bible, IE: "Old Testament"):

en.wikipedia.org

HOWEVER, the Qu'ran was related (and later written down) well over a thousand years AFTER the founding of Jerusalem and Muhammad NEVER MENTIONED JERUSALEM IN HIS SERMONS.

So the "second most holy city in Islam" is NEVER MENTIONED IN THE QU'RAN.
