One comment on the MLPs ..

If one wishes to avoid the K1s and lack of suitability
of holding MLPs in an IRA or other tax deferred vehicle;
consider a couple of CEFs that hold only MLPs in the
portfolio ..

Two that I'm aware of are

KYN
TYG

According to the web-site info the distributions from
these funds are "dividends" and have 1099s and are suitable
holdings in IRAs etc ..

I'm sure there are others that follow the same structure ..
Just another option for exposure to the MLP space ..
