Kim,

Yes, please post the proxy information. Are you saying that there are 2.2 million at $1.62 and an additional 4.5 million at a yet to be determined price? A set price?
How much have the 7.7 million options diluted the outstanding shares? Seems to be we were at about 32 million shares before the first 2.2 million options. That would make a 24 % dilution.

Well, it's nice that so many people on this thread who have been screwed by mgt. (maybe they all got out before the debacle and have gotten in at lower prices?) are now so happy and willing to overlook the rapaciousness of WSP management. IMHO they are rapscallions (like that word?) and no better than those single cell creatures that crawl around the bottom of Snipe Lake.

I'm in for the long haul, mainly because I didn't pull the trigger in March when I should have. I think we are owed some Lakefield results sometime in the future based on the Oct. 2, I believe, NR. I doubt if good news from more boulders are going to light anyone's fire. I think it's the pipe, just the pipe, and nothing but the pipe, so help me Dog (for those dyslexics in the audience) that will make anybody but bottom fishers any money.
