Sam you make a valid point,however,when a company goes from $38 a share to $6.00 usually upper management suffers. Can their be more reported loss maybe, but again,Qdek isn't the only software company taking a hit this year. Alot of investors are scared right now when it comes to the small cap tech sector. Any bad news, concerning a company is effecting their stock in a big way. It may take a couple of quarters for the tech sector to come back. Good luck, Bob
