Here is my post....responding to your incorrect post.

Message 26268018

While each of the documents is admissible in a Court of law....neither is determinative of the issues whch have been raised by those who claim Obama is not qualified to be President as a matter of birth. The documents are some evidence (prima facie) on the issue but they are not determinative. Each can be rebutted by other factual evidence showing them to be unreliable or in error. So your statement that they are "acceptable" in any Court to determine the issue is simply wrong. These documents are not determinative of the issue if challenged as they have been in this case. The issue in the Obama "birther" cases has been legal standing of the parties bringing the suits.... not whether or not these documents are determinative of status qualifying him to be President under the US Constitution. So...the issue is still open and has not been adjudicated. And neither of these documents alone, unless stipulated by both parties, will resolve the issue.

I will accept your apology for your gratuitous insult whenever you are ready.

J.
