it is interesting that gold seems to be everywhere now at the china retail level, legally bought, kept, sold back, and all tax free, at transparent pricing, in alignment with gold reform Message 25916530 that be two decades in planning, implementation, and rollout, to welcome teotwawki dawn

the gold world is so just getting started, and as the gold civilization ascends, more faithful would be, all eternally grateful, embracing salvation from fiat money inflation, engaging with redemption from officialdom wastrelism, bidding up a good that has no correct paper money price, as paper money drives out gold hoard from the exchanges, markets, country outlets, and city bazaars

let us watch and brief and see whether history plays out as it should

gold in plastic pack is troy oz from bank of china, the rest are metric basis from a monetary retail shop on finance street

i do not make a habit of hoarding wafers. prefer bullion. but have some, as they feel raw, more natural, ancient, classy, barbaric, civilized, all at once

the retail monetary gold (wafers) in china are sold by banks, monetary gold shops, and jewelry shops, in both metric as well as troy oz basis, all serial numbered and ... recorded (and traceable to purchaser ;0) and generally packaged in hard and then soft plastic packaging, sometimes raw, and mostly put in a little dark blue satin-esque pouch.

the shops must be licensed, and the smelters as well. something will eventually go wrong, and when so, perps would be dealt with as would currency counterfeiters ... would not be pleasant for them, and would make their infraction not worthwhile.
