I agree with Glass Steagal Act, Clinton should have veto'd the repeal of it.

I'm not saying the feds can't pass laws, I just think they are getting into many areas that the states can handle.

I also think that the government has failed to find and prosecute those breaking laws.

Look at Clinton, he should have put his foot down to the SEC to clamp down during the internet boom, but way too much $$ was flowing in from capital gains taxes. So he turned a blind eye, they wanted the $$...
