Yes, and W. is at least formally responsible for invading Iraq
for nothing (oil) and against UN, which is a war crime under
international law. That said, I was always
convinced he lacked the smarts to become a dictator, and
in spite of totalitarian tendencies that developed in USA
(which is why Obama got the Nobel Peace prize for just replacing W.),
the country was out of danger of becoming a full blown regime.
I always thought his Daddy bought him a Harvard degree -g-

With O. now in charge, the country is fully out of danger.
