That's called justifiable homicide!!! Police do it all the time when the public safety is in danger.

And since it's in self-defense, or in defense of public safety, it's certainly NOT unlawful (which is the defining difference betwee JH and Murder).

Murder is the unlawful killing of another person.

So I'm not sure where it's "lawful" for anyone to strap explosives onto a child for the purpose of taking the lives of innocent people.

Even if that child were to target enemy soldiers, the child would still be an unlawful combatant unless there were of at least 15 years of age.

Let's not permit BC or any other one of these morons attempt to call legitimate self-defense as murder, especially when it involves using children as homicide bombers.
