Tim, what makes you think ASND is about to be taken over? Is it pure speculation or something more? I remember BAY lived with these rumors for months all the while falling from 30 to 15 and then up to 40 with still no takeover. ASND looks like it's headed to low 20s-- today's decline in the midst of huge market gains seems to indicate there's more room downward especially on a bad market day.
