Re: "Any document can be challenged at any time."

So WHAT????????

I *never* said that documents (of ANY kind!) couldn't be 'challenged' in court or anywhere else in life!

I'm sure that any tricky lawyer (or anyone else!) who wanted to, or who felt like it, could go into court and TRY to have most anything 'challenged'. But so what? I never said that it couldn't be tried.

ALL I EVER SAID WAS THAT CURRENTLY EVERY SINGLE STATE IN THE UNION'S BIRTH CERTIFICATES ARE FULLY ACCEPTED BY EVERY OTHER STATE (& THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT) IN THE UNION.

And, they ARE, (the words I said are TRUE, and remain factually unchallenged) so that's that.

(Now... if someone wants to go into a court somewhere and TRY to overturn that then, hey! Have at it! More power to 'em! And I *never* said they couldn't try. As a matter of fact, there are probably at least a dozen or more cases, just among the ones that I'm aware of, where someone or other has tried to do just that. But, so far, without succeeding. Not that any of that matters as far as this discussion goes though 'cause I never said people couldn't TRY... only said what the CURRENT STATUS was in all fifty states.)
