Yeah, you are right.

(The fact that the tactic worked, and finally spurred-up a substantive reply after a dozen or so initial requests that were polite had come up dry in no way excuses my impugning of jl's veracity. That is always over-the-line.)

In fact he *had* at an earlier date made a post which (in his mind anyway...) challenged what I later posted.

So it was wrong to suggest that the post of his 'probably didn't exist' just because he refused to show it.

(I attribute that only to a bad market day and frustration with the fact that multiple previous requests for the claimed post had been stiffed... still mea culpa. Wrong to call people 'liar'. I should live by the same high standards I'd want a, say, a Senator to live by.)
